TENTATIVE schedule

We are excited to share the initial draft of our plans for the highly anticipated Women in Wine Expo, set to take place in the picturesque region of Tokaj, Hungary. As we look several months ahead, our team is diligently working to curate a captivating lineup of topics and speakers, all aimed at creating an exceptional and memorable experience for attendees.

WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY

FRIDAY

The Women in Wine Expo begins on Wednesday, May 7th, at 7 PM with a meet and greet. We invite all attendees to bring a bottle of wine from their country, as we plan to have a table filled with international wines. We will provide welcoming bubbles and a light dinner.

On Thursday, May 8th, field activities are scheduled according to the schedule as mentioned above, followed by a gala dinner.

On Friday, May 9th, the conference starts at 9:30 AM, featuring keynotes, panel sessions, and masterclasses. Lunch will be served around 1 PM, followed by masterclasses and pourings that ends at approximately 5 PM. We will conclude the Women in Wine Expo with meditation session at Terézia Chapel. Friday evening will be free for anyone to explore Tokaj. For the ones who stay the weekend in Tokaj, The Mad Wine Challenge is a great way to explore more of this marvelous wine region.

We will share all the details and specific dress codes once the final program is announced, a few weeks prior to the event.
